ELK RTPs used to be 96%, then they dipped to 95% for a while, and now all of their recent releases are fixed on 94.0%. I'm surprised it's happened since you have such low limits, but there has been talk lately of new gambling regulations enforcing pre-emptive affordability checks or account closures, so it's disappointing that this might be taking place before the regulations are announced, especially in the way you've described with your limits already in place.
