That’s pretty strange, the only negative feedback we’ve had before is that they ask for your documents before you gamble (This obviously saves the other at withdrawal time). Did you provide the documents?

I concur, and found out the hard way too. I remember raising the stakes on Golden Colts to £10 hoping to snag a quick bonus. £1000 later and still no bonus. Harsh way to lose that much as the potential return is so much lower then other games.

Sorry to hear you have been struggling Hideki. TalkTalk is right, Gamban should strongly be considered if you are struggling to control how much you are gambling. It is a valuable tool that can really benefit those who find it difficult to stop. 
 

With regards to stopping watching streamers, I would say you only need to stop watching them if you are struggling with control AND they make you want to gamble. Lots of people who watch Will find it gives them the buzz they seek and watching his streams actually helps them to keep their gambling in check.
