fresh strawberry icecream wash strawberries well

put 6 in to liquid iser  with 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 tin condensed milk mix it well in liquidiser put into a plastic container with tight fitting lid (make sure container is clean and sterilized)

put icecream in freezer after 2 hours take icecream out of freezer with a electric whisk whisk it well about 5 minutes med speed then back in freezer then every 30 minutes repeat the whisking for 5 minutes back in freezer the more time you do this the lighter the icecream is (I normally do it 4 times ) when frozen cut strawberries into 1/4 put scoop icecream in serving bowl with scattered strawberries
