How long is too long?

How long should it take for a casino to accept my deposit? So this would be my second deposit on spinyoo (only signed up to support really) but decided to put a second deposit in, have been waiting for 2 hours for it to show so far, it was not even a large deposit £10. spoke to chat, they said I just have to wait and see and there is no eta on when it will show up. So far I don't recommend this casino.  the longest I had waited befor now was 4 minutes and chat apologised and gave me an eta

I'm really sorry, I've just seen this I think it got lost amongst all the guesses in Friday's Giveaways. Deposits are usually instant, the only method by which you wouldn't expect to see it straight away would be a bank transfer (regular, not Trustly Instant), which can take up to 24 hours, so this is definitely very odd. Which method did you use, and has it been sorted now?
