Requested a £2000 withdrawal and a further £700 withdrawal both of which have disappeared from my pending withdrawals and are not listed in my successful withdrawals but have not returned to my bank via Trustly instant bank transfer. I can see the withdrawals in my History.. Spoke to live chat and they state they are having issues, is anyone else experiencing these problems? Did Live Chat say what the issue they were having was? Also Trustly, in spite of being called Instant, won't be instant with every brand to receive the funds into your bank via withdrawal (although it is always instant with deposits) - it will depend on the brand and their pending time frame. If it has been longer than 48hours processing time I'll pass it along to Will, unless Live Chat have been more specific regarding the issues.
