I spoke to them just over a year ago which is when they decided to leave the UK market. They were just chatting to me and saying that the changes the UKGC were making, were gonna make it impossible for them to work there. Things like the source of wealth checking, and the fines that would be imposed if a mistake was made. They were telling me that they had people that would self exclude, and then register under slight changes of their name. So maybe they register under Will as opposed to William to avoid the automated check. They would then sign up and start playing and if they won they would expect their winnings to be honoured. However, if they lost they would say that they had self excluded and why had the Casino let them play? Because of the massive fines hanging over the Casinos from the UKGC, this caused a lot of problems. This is ONE of the reasons why its such a ballache to sign up at a new Casino from within the UK now. Royal Panda are still about and available!
