Chloe Posted September 5, 2023 Share Posted September 5, 2023 If you had a bonus you can only convert to bonus money an amount equal to your lifetime deposits - so if you had deposited £100, taken a bonus and wagered it out you could only withdraw £100 back out. If you didn't have a bonus you shouldn't have any problems at all, verification can take a few days but unfortunately that's pretty common in the UK now. Congrats on your win!
