AVOID NOVIBET AT ALL COSTS

Just a heads up people avoid novibet casino at all costs. They don’t care a jot about customer services or anything. Deposited 300 quid last Wednesday ( still had 300 in my account ) and my accounts been closed with an email saying they don’t need to give me an explanation as to why it’s been closed. A shambles of a casino.

This is odd mate. I don't like to hear this. We've had some good feedback on Novibet when we used to promote them more but they've been off my personal radar for a while. Were you winning? What do you think wss the reasoning?

That’s pretty strange, the only negative feedback we’ve had before is that they ask for your documents before you gamble (This obviously saves the other at withdrawal time). Did you provide the documents?

Provided the documents, was never able to bet as you say 2jags emailed back and fourth regarding as to why my account was closed down and was told they don’t need to give me a reason and that my money would be refunded 6 days I’ve been waiting now it’s ridiculous.

OK. Sounds frustrating. If you've never been able to play, then they should be refunding your money no problem. Shame they couldn't tell you why they weren't able to give you more info, but I'm confident you'll get the money back. Let's keep an eye on this @2Jags and @rangerad please let us know if they money comes in. We will give it a few more days and then ill try and make contact on your behalf

Cheers will, the money was back in my account today.  still proper weird that they just closed my account for no reason. Not to worry though I got my money back so no problems now at my end if they don’t want my custom.
