I'm a part of a support network for Young Adults with chronic kidney issues (Young Adult Kidney Group) which is supported by Kidney Care UK, the UK's leading kidney charity. We provide assistance and support to any young adult aged 18-30 who is a part of the kidney issue spectrum and every year we normally hold a residential weekend in Derbyshire, as you probably have worked out we couldn't hold one last year so we held a virtual weekend and this year we are doing a full week (well, 9 days). I'm hoping to raise some much needed funds to continue this support (I myself have had 2 transplants and did 5 years of Haemodialysis in between) and would greatly appreciate any support with getting the word out there to a wider audience.
